Letter of Engagement
Standard Engagement Terms
This Letter of Engagement ("Letter") is entered into between FlashConsult ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you", "your") upon purchase of any FlashConsult service. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Engagement Scope
We will perform the Efficiency Audit service selected at checkout. The scope is limited to a single 60-minute session focused on identifying the biggest digital workflow bottleneck and delivering the corresponding action plan or implementation as outlined in our service description.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business operations
- Grant reasonable access to the tools and systems being audited
- Not share login credentials directly — use our secure temporary sharing mechanism
- Attend the scheduled session on time; rescheduling requires 4 hours notice
3. Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
- Conduct the audit professionally and in good faith
- Deliver the action plan or implementation within 24 hours of the session
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
- Not store or retain any login credentials after the session
4. Fees & Payment
The fee is as specified at checkout. Payment is due at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable once the action plan has been delivered. If the session is cancelled before delivery, a full refund will be issued.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
All information shared during the engagement is confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law. Upon request, we will delete all client data within 30 days.
7. No Professional Advice
FlashConsult is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed advisory service. Our recommendations are operational in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for such advice.
8. Acceptance
By purchasing any FlashConsult service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Letter of Engagement along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
