Terms of Service

1. Services

FlashConsult provides "Efficiency Audits" — high-intensity, 60-minute consulting sessions for solo-entrepreneurs and freelancers. Our services include:

• Basic Audit ($250): Friction analysis, bottleneck identification, and a 1-page action plan delivered within 24 hours.
• Premium Implementation ($500): Everything in the Basic Audit plus execution of the technical fix, tool configuration, and a 30-minute results walkthrough call.

2. Scope & Limitations

FlashConsult is a service provider, not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed professional advisory firm. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Our recommendations are based on operational efficiency analysis and should not be construed as licensed professional advice.

3. Payment

All fees are fixed and one-time unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a receipt and 1099-K reporting (where applicable) from our payment processor.

4. Deliverables

Our deliverables are provided "as-is" for your internal use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance improvements. The action plan and recommendations are based on information available at the time of the audit.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We use Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as standard practice. We never store your login credentials — any access needed during the audit is handled via secure, temporary sharing tools (e.g., LastPass, Dashlane).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashConsult's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. If terminated before delivery of the action plan, you will receive a full refund. Once the action plan is delivered, all fees are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
